DEVNET welcomes Rick Lyter as Senior Programmer. Lyter will be a lead developer on new projects with Vice President Michael Sager’s technical development and support programming teams.
Lyter was a Senior Developer at Siemens for 24 years, working on database and web services integrations with an Oracle CRM system and custom SharePoint integrations. Lyter brings to DEVNET public sector experience that contributes a broad view of current technologies.
