Jersey County, IL, Selects DEVNET Edge™ Vital Records Software

Jersey County, Illinois, a DEVNET client since 2011, has added The Edge™ Vital Records software to its current suite of DEVNET products, which includes integrated Edge™ Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA), and Property Tax Assessment Administration.

“Jersey County is looking forward to upgrading to DEVNET’s Vital Records software,” said Jersey County Clerk Pam Warford. “We use DEVNET’s Property Tax Administration software and are very happy with their product and the service we receive.”

The DEVNET Edge™ Vital Records solution provides everything the Recorder needs to efficiently and effectively manage vital records. This solution offers a feature-rich indexing and imaging environment. Vital Records Indexing and Retrieval:

  • Allows indexing of birth, death, and marriage records.
  • Contains extensive genealogy features that automatically build family history by linking related vital records.
  • Allows indexing, reporting, and publication of marriage licenses.
  • Includes extensive inquiry capabilities.
  • Produces a variety of elegant forms.

“We chose DEVNET because we feel it will be easy for staff to learn and use,” Warford noted, “and the county will be able to provide faster and more efficient service to people seeking a marriage license or copies of other vital records.”
