DEVNET is proud to announce that Bob Schrage, a previous Technical Consultant of Thomson Reuters (formerly Manatron), has recently joined DEVNET Inc., as a Senior Software Programmer. Schrage has over 20 years’ experience and brings institutional knowledge from serving on both sides of county government.
Schrage comes to DEVNET with fourteen years of experience in software engineering and client support. Most recently Schrage worked as a Technical Consultant for Thomson Reuters (formerly Manatron). There, he was in charge of programming, project management, hardware implementation and software support. This background has helped Schrage make an easy transition into his current position with DEVNET.

In addition to his prior programming and technical experience, Schrage comes from county government background. Before working for Thomson Reuters (formerly Manatron), Schrage served in multiple capacities at Clinton County, Illinois. Through his experience at Clinton County he served as Deputy Assessor, Zoning Assistant and Board of Review Assistant; which has afforded him a solid understanding of assessment principles, practices and government policy.
