Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA)
The DEVNET CAMA System was developed as an appraisal toolkit and may be utilized as a fully integrated tool in conjunction with the Property Tax Administration System, or as a stand-alone application.

The DEVNET Edge® CAMA solution allows users to determine and store values per parcel or group of parcels from multiple approaches, allowing various forms of analysis and reports to be generated before creating a current year assessment record within the system.
